we will return your email with a Return Authorization Number [RAN] and return address.
2. No Items will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number or after 30 days of purchase.
3. Once your Item is received along with the Return Authorization Number we will promptly process your refund, replacement or exchange.
4. Refund, replacement or exchange only allowed within 30 Days of purchase (30 days start from the date the order was placed)
5. Item must be received within 10 days after a Return Authorization Number is issued. No exceptions
